Frequently Asked Questions:

1.         Is your roof difficult to install?

No, not really. In actual fact it is practically do it yourself system we have developed. It helps if the installer has some basic carpentry experience and is comfortable working on a roof but we can provide full instructions through printed material and installation DVD.

2.         Is your roofing more expensive than other roofs?

This is a difficult question to answer as the relativities differ from market to market. It would probably be fair to say we are generally in the mid-price range, but the product benefits we provide such as maintenance free, longevity, wind and water proofing tend to offset the higher materials cost. Let us convince you as we have convinced many others.

3.         How much stock do I need to hold?

This will depend on the demand in your market and the volume you can sell. However, we like to sell by the 20 or 40 foot container (approx 2,000 to 4,000 sq metres of roofing).

4.         Can I pay you after I sell the goods?

Unfortunately not! We are looking for dedicated long term Distributors that are making an investment with us in developing their market, and cannot offer credit beyond our normal trading terms. However the upfront cost is not excessive.

5.         What are your payment terms?

Usually payment in advance, and in some cases with irrevocable LC's.

6.         Can I be your exclusive Distributor for my country /region?

When you prove to us that you have the ability to achieve a reasonable market share then we do consider entering exclusive arrangements. This exclusivity will be dependant on your Company maintaining its high performance.

7.         Can you assist my Company in promoting your products?

We have a range of sales support materials available, including customized digital presentations. Also we are willing to consider subsidizing your initiatives when you can convince us in advance of their potential to advance sales. Try us!
